Assign Test Package

  • In Test Package assign you can assign a Line/Tank with one or more (maybe even all) of its joints to a specific Test Package.
  • Log in to the system, Click on the “Test Package” Link 4 from the Quick Links Menu.
  • Or, From the Upper bar in Home Page, Click on “Workflow” Link1  which will open a form containing a summarized Workflow of the system. Then, Click “Test Package” icon.
  • A “Test Package” window will be opened, with all the Test Packages within the system displayed with an “Add” button.
  • Within the grid view containing all the Test Packages within the system icons: Select2 , Edit3 , Delete4 , “View Details”2 ,“Docs” 7, “Assign”6 ,”Issue” 7, “Accept” 8and “Reject”10 .
  • Clicking “Assign”6 icon, window “Assign Test Package” is displayed with a text box to help you select Line/Tank.
  • Selecting the Line/Tank, all joints within this Line/Tank are displayed within a grid view with assign check box for each joint.
  • Also displayed a “Filter” control to help you filter displayed joints within grid view or to search for a specific joints.
  • You can filter/search using multi criteria input.4
  • You can assign any number of joints or you can assign all joints using “Select All” check box.
  • Clicking “Save” button, all selected joints are assigned to test package and you are redirected back to “Test Package” main window.
  • Clicking “Select” 2 icon within Test Package grid view within “Test Package” main window, “Assigned joints” panel is displayed with a grid view containing all joints assigned to select Test Package.5
  • Clicking “View Details”2 icon, a window is opened where selected joint’s detailed report is displayed with the joint’s basic information, detailed history and Welders.
  • Clicking “Delete” 4 icon, selected joint is deleted from Test Package assigned list.
