Adding RT Report

  • To add a RT Test you must have at least one joint which was welded. Then, it went through the VT report and was accepted. Finally, it went through Select NDE in which it was decided that RT report is needed for that joint.
  • You can display “Add RT” main window via “Work Flow” link within the upper bar in Home Page or via “Add RT” link within Quick Links.
  • Log in to the system.
  • From the Upper bar in Home Page, Click on “inspection Report” link 5 within Quick Links. Window “inspection Report” is displayed.
  •  Selecting RT Report from “Report Type” drop list.
  • Or, From the Upper bar in Home Page, Click on “Workflow” Link 1which will open a form containing a summarized Workflow of the system.RT_WF
  • Click on the “RT” button.
  • You will be redirected to “RT Report” window which contains a textbox to display all/any RT Report within the system along with “add”, “Delete”, “Print”, “Add Joint” and “Return” buttons.
  • Click the “Add” button9.
  • You will be redirected to the “Add RT Report” form.1
  • Enter all the data related to the new RT and choose which joints to add to this RT Report.
  • Clicking “Save” button to save the new RT Report, You are redirected again to the “RT Report” main window where you will find the newly created RT report is selected and all its related Joints displayed within grid view.
  • Within “RT Report” main window where you will find the newly created VT report is selected with all its related Data related displayed within “Choose RT Report” panel and with all its related attachments displayed in “Related Documents” panel.
  • You have the ability to add or modify within newly created RT report’s Remarks.
  • Also, you can modify within its related documents.2
  • Within the grid view icons: “View Details” 2, “Accept” 8, “Reject”10 , “Reshoot”2 and “Penalty”3 .
