Common Interface Buttons

  • Within the system there are icons and buttons that help direct you to the screen you want. Some are found in the left menu in the Home Page, others are found in Windows displayed for you, and finally icons displayed within grid views displayed throughout the system.

 

  • Below is a summary of these buttons and icons.

 

The following table explains the icons found

 1 Enable you to add a new entity to the system.
 2 To delete any input data/operation made.
 2 Used to Accept selected Joint within VT, MT, RT, UT, and PT Reports.
 4 Used to Reject selected Joint within VT, MT, RT, UT, and PT Reports.
 5 Used to add Joints to an existing (VT/RT/MT/UT/PT) Report.
 6 Used to add a new Area to the system.
 1 Used to add a new Line to the system.
 2 Used to add a new Sheet to the system.
 3 Used to Skip Creating VT Report.
 4 Used to Alloy Selected Lines.
 5 Redirect you to the previous window.
 6 Cancel the operation.
 7 Save the input entered by the user.
 8 Used to Clear all input data.
 9 Used to Start Searching Operation.
 10 Used to print (VT/RT/MT/UT/PT) reports.
 11 Submit the data entered by the user.

 1 Default Template Show the Default template within the system.
 2 Set Default Template To Set the attached Template as the new default Template
 2 Select Select the Row attached whether Area, Line or sheet.
 3 Update Display “Edit” window.
 2 View Details Display this entity detailed report. Found in Contractors, Welders and Joints
 6 Delete Delete this entity. If there is no related data to the entity.
 7 View History Display all information related to welder.
 1 Assign WPs To Assign WPs to Welder
 2 Import data from excel To Import new Joints from excel.
  3 Export data from excel To Export Joints information to excel.
 4 Weld Display window to weld Joints.
 5 Test Package Documents Attach Documents to certain Test Package.
 6 Assign Test Package Display window used to assign Test Package to Joints within Lines.
 7 Issue Test Package Report Display this entity detailed report.
 8 Accept To Accept a certain (VT/RT/MT/UT/PT) Report
 9 Accepted Indicates that (VT/RT/MT/UT/PT) Report is accepted.
 10 Reject To Reject a certain (VT/RT/MT/UT/PT) Report
 11 Rejected Indicates that (VT/RT/MT/UT/PT) Report is Rejected.
 12 Socket option Indicate that   the selected welder has socket within “RT” report only.
