RT Report

  • After Logging on to the system, click on the “Data Cleaning” Link  from 1the Quick Links Menu.
  • A “Data Cleaning ” window will be opened with a menu displayed within the Left panel of the window.
  • The displayed menu is divided into 3 categories:
  • Data Entry containing items:  “Line/Tanks”, “sheets”, “joints”, “Welders”, “Alloy Line/Tanks” and “Delete Line/Tanks/joints”.
  • NDE Reports containing items: “VT”, “RT”, “MT”, “PT”, “UT” and “Other Report”
  • RT Rejection containing items: “Edit RT Rejected” and “Edit Rejection Welders”.
  • Clicking Item “RT Report” within Data Cleaning menu1 , a dropdown list with all RT Reports within the system will be displayed.
  • If there is no RT Reports within the system yet, a message “No RT Report Found within the system” will be displayed.
  • Choosing a RT Report, a grid view with all Joints within this RT Report will be displayed, and a Link “Change Report No” that allows the user to edit Report No.
  • Within the above mentioned grid view, there are icons: “View Details” 2, “Edit”3 , “Socket” 2  “Delete” 4,              5“Reassign”.3
  • Clicking icon “View Details”2 , a detailed joint report is displayed.
  • Icon “Edit”3 allows you to modify the Joint’s Status only if the Joint’s current status is not “RT” It may be “open” or “Closed”.
  • Clicking on “Edit”3 icon within the grid view, a panel is displayed with Joint’s Previous RT Reports. You have the ability to edit the action made on the selected Joint within the Last RT Report Only. 4
  • Clicking “Reassign”5  icon within the above mentioned, if the selected joint is the last joint within the selected RT Report, a warning message is displayed giving you the option to reassign the Joint or to cancel the whole operation.5
  • Clicking “Reassign”5  icon, an “Assign New RT Report” panel will be displayed that helps you select a new RT Report for the Joint. 6
  • Clicking on “save” button within “Assign New RT Report” panel, Joint will be reassigned to the newly selected RT Report.
  • Clicking on “Delete”4  icon within the grid view, the selected joint is deleted from the RT report and its status is modified to “NDE”.
  • Clicking on “Change Report No” Link, an “Edit RT Report” panel will be displayed that helps you enter a new RT Report No.7Entering an empty text, an existing Report No or the same Report No, a message “Kindly enter a valid Report No” will be displayed.
