System User

  • Click the “Security” link 4 in the upper bar in the Home page.
  • Window “Users List” will be opened with two tabs; “Roles” and :Users”
  • By default “Roles” tab is activated with a grid filled with all Roles within the system and an “Add” button.
  • Click “Users List” tab, all Users within the system are displayed within a grid, with icons Edit3 , Delete6 , Enable3 /Disable2  User, User Profile12  and Privileges 8.1
  • Click the “Add” button, a new window “Edit User” will be opened.2
  • Enter User Name and Password, and select User Type, Position and whether he is an admin or not and then Click “Save” button, the new User is added to the system.
  • Clicking on “Return” button, the Whole Operation is cancelled.
  • Editing User Data
  • Click the “Security” link4  in the upper bar in the Home page.

  • Click “Users List” tab, all Users within the system are displayed within a grid, with icons Edit , Delete , Enable /Disable  User, User Profile  and Privileges .
  •  “Edit” Icon is disabled for a user from type “Domain User”.
  • Editing User Data
  • Click the “Security” link4  in the upper bar in the Home page.
  • Window “Security” will be opened with two tabs; “Roles” and :Users”
  • By default “Roles” tab is activated with a grid filled with all Roles within the system and an “Add” button.
  • Click “Users List” tab, all Users within the system are displayed within a grid, with icons Edit3 , Delete6 , Enable3 /Disable2  User, User Profile12  and Privileges 8.
  •  “Edit”1 Icon is disabled for a user from type “Domain User”.5
  • Click User “Edit”3 Icon.
  • A new window “Edit User” will be opened. The User name, Type, Hire date, Old Password and New Password will be displayed along with 3 buttons: “Save”, “Reset” and “Return”.6
  • You can only Change in User Name and enter New Password.
  • Clicking on “Return” button, you will be return to the “Users List” Screen and the User’s new modifications will not be added.
  • Clicking on “Save” button, you will be redirected to the “Users List” Screen and the User’s new modifications will be displayed for you.
  • Clicking on “Reset” button, the entire new password entered will be cleared.

    Setting User privileges

  • Click the “Security” link4  in the upper bar in the Home page.
  • Window “Security” will be opened with two tabs; “Roles” and :Users”
  • By default “Roles” tab is activated with a grid filled with all Roles within the system and an “Add” button.
  • Click “Users List” tab, all Users within the system are displayed within a grid, with icons Edit3 , Delete6 , Enable3 /Disable2  User, User Profile12  and Privileges8 .1
  • Click User “Privileges”8 icon, a new window “Privileges” is opened.2
  • Check and uncheck the screens/Privileges as required.
  • Clicking on “Save” button, all selected the screens/Privileges are saved
  • Clicking on “Return” button, any new modifications are cancelled
  • User Profile

  • “User Profile” window gives you the ability to display/edit your information including: Login name, password, Reports naming format, email …etc.
  • You can view “User Profile” window from “Security” window [displayed only by Administrator User], by clicking “User Profile” icon 12within Users grid.
  • To display your Profile, Click the “User Profile“ icon3  in the upper bar in the Home page.
  • A window “User Profile” is opened with all current User’s information displayed.4
  • User has the ability to edit in any information within his profile except for “User name” and “Hire Date” and “Position” as these are set by an Administrator User Only.
  • User has   the ability to determine” Report Name format” to standard report name format within the system.
  • Clicking on “save” icon, all new data will be saved.
  • Clicking on “Reset” icon, all data will be cleared.
  • Clicking on “Return” icon, “User List” window will be displayed.
