Reporting

  • Welding Manager Provide the ability of generating all kind of reports for any part of the Welding Process through “Reports” form.
  • In “Reports” form you will find all kinds of Reports which could be generated.
  • You can also Save or print this Report you chose to generate.
  • Some reports Displaying a Summary calculations such as “RT % Summary”, others display detailed data related to selected topic such as “Welder Profile”.
  • Log in to the system.
  • From the Upper bar in Home Page, Click on “Reports” Link1  which will open “Reports” main window.
  • Within “Reports” window you will find a List of all reports that can be generated categorized in certain categories such as: “Welder Report”, “Joints Reports”, “WPS Reports”, “Repair/Reshoot Reports”, “NDE Reports”, “Testing Reports” and “Others”.2
  • Clicking on the report you wish to display, the Report will be shown in a popup window.
  • If a report requires a certain input from you, you will be asked to enter it in the popup window. For example, within report “Joints per Line/Tank” you will be asked to select the Line/Tank No for which Joints will be displayed.
  • If you clicked “View Report” button without selecting Line/Tank, an error message will be displayed.3
  • Here are some examples of how to Generate Reports in details:

    Generating VT Report

  • Log in to the system.
  • From the Upper bar in Home Page, Click on “Reports” Link1  which will open “Reports” main window.
  • Within “Reports” window you will find a List of all reports that can be generated categorized in certain categories such as: “Welder Report”, “Joints Reports”, “WPS Reports”, “Repair/Reshoot Reports”, “NDE Reports”, “Testing Reports” and “Others”.
  • Select “Weld Visual Report” report from “NDE Reports” category.
  • The “Weld Visual Report” Report will be displayed and you will be asked to select a certain VT Report to display its data.
  • You also have the ability to display “Weld Visual Report” Report from “VT List” screen. First, Select VT Report. Then, click “Print” button. Finally, The Report will be displayed in a popup window with the selected report’s data.4
  • Same steps followed to display reports related to MT, RT, UT, and PT Reports
  • Generating Completed Joints Report

  • Log in to the system.
  • From the Upper bar in Home Page, Click on “Reports” Link  which will open “Reports” main window.
  • Within “Reports” window you will find a List of all reports that can be generated categorized in certain categories such as: “Welder Report”, “Joints Reports”, “WPS Reports”, “Repair/Reshoot Reports”, “NDE Reports”, “Testing Reports” and “Others”.
  • Select “Completed Joints” report from “Others” category.
  • The “Completed Joints” Report will be displayed in a popup window viewing a list of All Completed Joints within the system.
